مذكرة تفاهم بين منظمة التنمية السورية ووزارة الثقافة السورية

وقّعت منظمة التنمية السورية مذكرة تفاهم مع وزارة الثقافة السورية، بهدف تعزيز التعاون الثقافي والتنموي، وتطوير البنية المؤسسية للقطاع الثقافي بما يعزز فعاليته وارتباطه بأولويات التنمية المستدامة. تأتي هذه الشراكة لتؤكد على أهمية استثمار الأصول الثقافية الوطنية بطريقة تضمن عائدات اجتماعية واقتصادية مستدامة.

تشمل المذكرة مجالات متعددة للتعاون، من أبرزها المساهمة في تجديد وتأهيل المكتبة الوطنية كمؤسسة معرفية مركزية، وتعزيز حضور التراث السوري الحي، والمساهمة في تسجيل عناصر من التراث المادي واللامادي ضمن قوائم التراث العالمي لدى اليونسكو.

تجسد هذه الشراكة رؤية مشتركة تجعل من الثقافة رافداً أساسياً من روافد التنمية، وتعزز من مكانة سوريا الحضارية والثقافية على المستويين الوطني والدولي.

The Syrian Development Organization (SDO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Culture in #Syria, aiming to strengthen cultural and developmental cooperation and to enhance the institutional framework of the cultural sector, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with the priorities of sustainable development. This partnership reaffirms the importance of investing in national cultural assets in a way that generates sustainable social and economic returns.

The memorandum outlines several areas of cooperation, most notably the contribution to the renewal and rehabilitation of the National Library as a central knowledge institution, the promotion of Syria’s living cultural heritage, and efforts to register both tangible and intangible heritage elements on the #UNESCO World Heritage Lists.

This partnership reflects a shared vision that positions culture as a key driver of development and reinforces Syria’s cultural and civilizational standing at both the national and international levels.
