إليزا ماسيا تُعيَّن نائب المستشار لشؤون أوروبا لتعزيز الثقافة والفنون البصرية والشعرية بين الأطفال

أعلنت مؤسسة الدوائر الطلابية الكولومبية (Cancillerías Estudiantiles)، الرائدة في مجال الابتكار التعليمي وريادة الأعمال المدرسية في أمريكا اللاتينية، عن تعيين سفيرة الثقافة والسلام إليزا ماسيا في منصب نائب المستشار لشؤون أوروبا، في خطوة تهدف إلى توسيع نطاق التعاون الثقافي والتربوي بين كولومبيا ودول الاتحاد الأوروبي.
يأتي هذا التعيين ضمن المرحلة الرابعة من المشروع الوطني الدولي الذي تقوده المؤسسة من يناير إلى نوفمبر 2024، ويُعد أحد أكثر البرامج التربوية طموحًا في أمريكا اللاتينية، حيث يسعى إلى تمكين المجتمعات التعليمية وخلق جيل من الطلاب المبدعين ورواد الأعمال من خلال الدمج بين الفنون، التعليم، والتكنولوجيا.
وأكدت إليزا ماسيا في بيانها أن دورها الجديد يهدف إلى تحفيز الأطفال والشباب على الانخراط في دراسة الفنون البصرية والشعرية، باعتبارها جسورًا للسلام والإبداع الإنساني، قائلة:
“الفنون والأدب هما اللغة المشتركة التي توحّد الثقافات وتزرع الأمل في النفوس. مهمتنا أن نُعلّم الأجيال أن اللوحة والقصيدة يمكن أن تكونا أداةً للتغيير والسلام.”
ويأتي هذا التعاون ضمن توجه المؤسسة الكولومبية نحو تطوير مناهج تعليمية شمولية تربط بين الفكر الريادي والفن الإبداعي، استناداً إلى رؤيتها التي تؤكد أن التعليم يجب أن يكون حاضناً للسلام والتنمية الاجتماعية في آنٍ واحد.
ويُذكر أن مؤسسة Cancillerías Estudiantiles تمتلك تاريخاً يمتد لأكثر من ثلاثين عاماً في دعم التعليم الإبداعي، وقد أسهمت في تأسيس أكثر من 40 ألف شركة طلابية وتحفيز أكثر من مليوني فكرة إنتاجية في المدارس الكولومبية، بالإضافة إلى برامجها الواسعة في نشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال والتعليم الفني في المجتمعات الريفية والمناطق الضعيفة.
ويُتوقّع أن تسهم إليزا ماسيا من خلال منصبها الجديد في فتح قنوات تعاون بين المدارس والمؤسسات الثقافية الأوروبية والمجتمعات التعليمية في كولومبيا، لتعزيز برامج الفن والشعر والمشاريع التعليمية ذات الطابع الإنساني، بما يتماشى مع رؤية المؤسسة في بناء ثقافة قائمة على السلام والإبداع المشترك.

The Colombian Student Chancellery (Cancillerías Estudiantiles), a leading institution in educational innovation and school entrepreneurship in Latin America, has announced the appointment of Elisa Mascia, Ambassador of Culture and Peace, as Deputy Chancellor for European Affairs. This step aims to expand the scope of cultural and educational cooperation between Colombia and the countries of the European Union.
This appointment is part of the fourth phase of the National International Project led by the institution from January to November 2024, considered one of the most ambitious educational programs in Latin America. The project seeks to empower educational communities and create a generation of creative students and young entrepreneurs by integrating arts, education, and technology.
In her statement, Elisa Mascia emphasized that her new role aims to encourage children and young people to engage in the study of visual arts and poetry, regarding them as bridges for peace and human creativity, saying:
“Arts and literature are the universal language that unites cultures and plants hope in hearts. Our mission is to teach generations that painting and poetry can serve as instruments for change and peace.”
This collaboration aligns with the Colombian institution’s approach to developing inclusive educational curricula that link entrepreneurial thinking with creative arts, based on its vision that education should simultaneously foster peace and social development.
It is worth noting that Cancillerías Estudiantiles has over thirty years of experience in supporting creative education, contributing to the establishment of more than 40,000 student enterprises and stimulating over two million productive ideas in Colombian schools. In addition, the institution has implemented extensive programs to promote a culture of entrepreneurship and arts education in rural communities and underserved areas.
Elisa Mascia is expected, through her new position, to open channels of cooperation between schools, European cultural institutions, and educational communities in Colombia, enhancing arts, poetry, and educational projects of a humanitarian nature, in line with the institution’s vision of building a culture based on peace and shared creativity.
