“مالية عجمان” تعزّز جاهزيتها الرقمية بحصولها على شهادة عالمية في البنية التحتية التقنية

عجمان 3 مايو 2026: في إنجاز جديد يعكس ريادتها في تبني أحدث الممارسات العالمية في التحول الرقمي وتعزيز البنية التحتية التقنية للخدمات المالية، حصلت دائرة المالية في عجمان على شهادة “الجهة الحكومية المعتمدة في البنية التحتية الرقمية – المستوى الرابع” الصادرة عن جهة التقييم الدولية Studio X، وذلك تقديراً لمستوى النضج المتقدم في البنية التحتية الرقمية وكفاءة الأنظمة التقنية المعتمدة في الدائرة.
ويأتي هذا الاعتماد ليؤكد قدرة الدائرة على بناء منظومة مالية رقمية متكاملة تتميز بالاستقرار والكفاءة، وتدعم استمرارية الأعمال وتعزز توظيف البيانات بما يدعم القرار المالي، إلى جانب ما يعكسه من التزام بتطبيق أطر ومعايير عالمية في تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية وضمان استدامتها.
وأوضحت نتائج التقييم أن الدائرة أحرزت تقدماً ملحوظاً في مؤشرات الجاهزية الرقمية، بما يشمل تكامل الأنظمة، ومرونة الحلول التقنية، وكفاءة إدارة البنية التحتية، وهو ما أسهم في رفع مستوى النضج المؤسسي الرقمي وتعزيز قدرة الدائرة على مواكبة متطلبات التحول الحكومي الذكي.
وأكد سعادة مروان أحمد آل علي، مدير عام دائرة المالية في عجمان، أن هذا الإنجاز يجسّد رؤية الدائرة في بناء بيئة مالية رقمية متقدمة تدعم الابتكار الحكومي. وقال: “يعكس حصول الدائرة على هذا الاعتماد الدولي نجاحنا في تطوير بنية تحتية رقمية متقدمة ومرنة للخدمات المالية الحكومية، قادرة على دعم مسيرة التحول الرقمي وتعزيز كفاءة العمل الحكومي. كما يعكس التزامنا المستمر بتبني أفضل الممارسات العالمية بما يسهم في رفع جودة الخدمات وتحقيق الاستدامة المؤسسية”.
وأضاف سعادته: “تحرص الدائرة على تبنّي حلول رقمية مرنة تسهم في الارتقاء بكفاءة الأداء وتحسين تجربة المتعاملين، ضمن توجه استراتيجي يركز على الاستدامة والحوكمة الرقمية. كما يعزز هذا الإنجاز مكانة الدائرة كجهة رائدة في دعم توجهات حكومة عجمان نحو تسريع التحول الرقمي من خلال الاستثمار في التقنيات الحديثة وتبني نماذج عمل مبتكرة تسهم في تحسين جودة الحياة وتعزيز تنافسية الإمارة”.
من جانبه، أوضح عبدالرحمن سعيد قاسم، مدير مكتب الاستراتيجية وإدارة المشاريع في الدائرة أن هذا الإنجاز يعكس تكامل الجهود في تطوير المنظومة الرقمية المالية وفق منهجيات عالمية، بما يتماشى مع رؤية إمارة عجمان نحو بناء حكومة ذكية تعتمد على الابتكار والتقنيات المتقدمة في تقديم خدمات مالية متكاملة وفعّالة.

وأضاف: “نعمل بشكل مستمر على مواءمة الممارسات الرقمية مع التوجهات الحكومية، عبر تنفيذ مشاريع نوعية تعزز كفاءة الأنظمة المالية، وترتقي بجودة الخدمات المقدَّمة للمتعاملين، وتدعم اتخاذ القرار المبني على البيانات. كما نلتزم برفع مستوى نضج البنية التحتية الرقمية من خلال تبنّي أطر قياس ومعايير دولية، بما يضمن بناء منظومة تقنية مرنة وآمنة تدعم الابتكار وتسهم في تسريع التحول الرقمي. هذا الاعتماد يعكس ثمرة العمل المؤسسي المشترك والتطوير المستدام للبنية الرقمية في الدائرة”.
ويُعَدُّ هذا الاعتماد إضافة نوعية إلى سجل إنجازات دائرة المالية في عجمان التي تواصل مسيرتها في تطوير الخدمات المالية الحكومية، بما يدعم تحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية المتمثلة في بناء بيئة مالية مستدامة وذكية، وتمكين الجهات الحكومية من إدارة مواردها بكفاءة عالية.

Ajman, 3 May 2026: Reflecting its leadership in adopting global best practices in digital transformation and advancing the technological infrastructure of financial services, the Ajman Department of Finance has obtained the “Certified Government Digital Infrastructure Organization (InfraPass) – CGDIO, Level 4 – Managed” certification, awarded by the international assessment body Studio X. The certification recognises the Department’s advanced level of maturity in digital infrastructure and the effectiveness of its adopted technical systems.
This accreditation underscores the Department’s capability to build an integrated digital financial ecosystem characterised by stability and efficiency, supporting business continuity and enhancing the utilisation of data to inform financial decision-making. It also reflects a strong commitment to implementing international frameworks and standards in the development and sustainability of digital infrastructure.
The assessment results highlighted significant progress across key digital readiness indicators, including systems integration, the flexibility of technical solutions, and infrastructure management efficiency. These advancements have contributed to elevating institutional digital maturity and strengthening the Department’s ability to meet the evolving requirements of smart government transformation.
